Açai Recipes

Berry Blend Smoothie

Ingredients (for 2 portions):
1 scoop of Collagen Skin Cranberry;
1 scoop of Açai Whey;
1 sachet of Super Lactobacillus;
1 scoop of Fiberlift;
100g of açaí pulp;
8 blackberries;
6 blueberries;
4 ripe strawberries;
1 tablespoon of lemon juice;
1 sachet of Sweetlift;
150ml of chilled mineral water;
3 ice cubes.

Preparation: Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.


Açai Protein

Ingredients (for 1 portion):
100g of açaí pulp;
1 white frozen banana;
1 scoop of Açai Whey;
1 scoop of Carbolift;
1 scoop of Fiberlift;
1 teaspoon of Sweetlift Cook;
100ml of chilled mineral water.

Preparation: Combine all ingredients in the blender. Pulse for a few times until it forms a thick cream;
Serve in bowl with granola and/or banana.


Super Açai Whey Protein Shaker

Ingredients (for 1 portion):
100g of açaí pulp
1 scoop of Açai Whey
1 sachet of Super Lactobacillus
1 scoop of Fiberlift
1 white banana not very mature
150ml of chilled mineral water
1 tablespoon Sweetlift Cook

Preparation: Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
